Welcome! Mother's Day Out (MDO) is a Christian program for children 9 months to 11 years old, meeting Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM during the school year. We'd love to care for your little one. Enrolling takes just a few minutes below.
Before you begin, a few things to know:
Please complete one form per child.
Do NOT bring your child to MDO until you receive an email from us confirming an opening. Submitting this form reserves your spot in line, not a guaranteed space.
Have these handy: parent/guardian contact info, two people authorized to pick up (with a phone number for each), and any allergies or medical needs.
Tuition is $200 per month for one child, 2 children are $190 each and 3 children are $180 each, plus a $120 annual registration and supply fee. Full policies are shown inside the form.
